The Role

As a Due Diligence Analyst within the Global Client Operations Team, you will support due diligence, onboarding, audit and client assurance activities across Clyde & Co's Top Insurance Programme. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will help deliver accurate and timely responses to client requests while maintaining the firm's due diligence knowledge base, supporting evidence and governance processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to automation, continuous improvement and the development of scalable client service solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and proactively manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Confidence handling client-facing discussions and explaining processes, policies and controls.

Organisation & Information Management

  • Strong attention to detail and information management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, trackers and audit trails.

Analytical & Technical Capability

  • Analytical and process-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Good judgement when handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills; experience with knowledge management, workflow or automation tools would be advantageous.
  • Experience within due diligence, client assurance, procurement questionnaires or regulated professional services environments would be beneficial.
