Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Onsite troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support for business-critical software platforms, including Great Plains (our accounting software) and other operational systems.
- Assisting with the implementation, testing, and ongoing support of IT initiatives and technology projects that improve business efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Equipment setup, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance for laptops, monitors, and other technology assets.
- Providing timely onsite technical support for Phoenix-based staff, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and end-user training.
- Supporting user account administration, access management, and coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Partnering with departments across the organization to identify technology needs and implement practical solutions that support business objectives.
- Assisting with office technology infrastructure, including conference room equipment, printers, network connectivity, and telecommunications systems.
- Coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral support, including hardware and software diagnostics and issue resolution, enterprise software platforms, including accounting and ERP systems and other business-critical applications.
- Skill in identifying root causes, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing effective solutions with minimal disruption to operations.
- Skill in providing responsive, professional onsite support and building positive relationships with users at all organizational levels.
