Established in 2000, the John F. Welch Technology Center (JFWTC) in Bengaluru is our multidisciplinary research and engineering center. Job Description
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of digital solutions and applications.
- Support data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making for digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Conduct research and stay updated on emerging digital technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
