The Opportunity
- We are looking for an experienced application Designer/Developer to join Distribution Servicing Platform (DSP) team. You will be expected to learn and understand agent compensation (commissions and bonuses), agent hierarchy/contracting/credentialing, and the alignment of agents to policies. Our DSP system is built on the latest SAP technology, the S4 Hana platform, within our AWS cloud environment.
The Team
- Our team handles all changes, large and small, for the DSP system.
The Impact:
- Design and build changes into the DSP Compensation system using SAP ABAP, SAP ICM, and modern SAP concepts that optimally leverage the S4 Hana database
- Design and build changes into the DSP Hierarchy and DSP Agent to Policy alignment systems using SAP ABAP, OData, CDS Views and FIORI
- Provide recommendations on technical innovations.
- Implement high-quality, cost-effective, scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate within a team construct, support and learn from others
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related science/engineering discipline
- 5+ years experience in designing and building application systems
- 3+ years of related work experience, preferably with domain knowledge of Agent Hierarchy, Agent Contracting or Agent Compensation
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with SAP specific knowledge: SAP S4, SAP Module: Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), SAP module: Organizational Management (PD Org), SAP system landscape, SAP ABAP/4, SAP Dialog Programs, OData, CDS Views, FIORI, ALV grids, SAP Data Structures (Tables, Data Elements and Domains), SOA development, SAP XI/PI development, SAP Support pack evaluation and implementation
- Possess or domain knowledge within the Financial Services industry related to Sales & Distribution or Policy/Product New Business or Administration
- Experience working with Agile Methodologies
- Strong teaming skills - proven ability to help others and seek help in order to rapidly achieve goals and objectives
- Continuous Improvement mindset - specific focus on improving processes, procedures, and throughput of systems.

Salary Range: $107,700.00-$141,300.00
