Responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the Financial Planning Organization's footprint, drive simplification, and enable capabilities for client acquisition and growth. Lead the development and execution of new Financial Planning platform and business processes, oversee various development stages, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Enable a culture of continuous improvement and coordinate efforts across Wealth Management teams. Key responsibilities include leading vision development, implementing strategies, communication with partners, and providing guidance on training and implementation.

The Benefits Accounting Director will provide oversight and enhance structure of controller oversight of all benefits accounting and compensation expense functions, including salaries and benefits, bonus plans, qualified and non-qualified plans, and employee benefit plan audits. This role reports to the Head of Corporate Subsidiaries Controllership and focuses on driving process improvements and meaningful analysis across the organization.

The Fiduciary Officer assists with administrative, fiduciary, and risk management oversight for MassMutual Trust Company accounts. Responsibilities include account acceptance, education on key risk issues, and conducting trust document reviews. The FO collaborates with Trust Counsel, conducts seminars, and communicates with advisors and clients on fiduciary and tax matters.
