We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Direct Sales Agent Manager to lead and manage a team of direct sales agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales activities with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in direct sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Goal-oriented, with a drive for achieving sales excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
