We are seeking a Drug Diversion Analyst Associate to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our St. Petersburg, FL office.
Job Summary
The Drug Diversion Analyst Associate contributes to the ongoing monitoring work and long-term success of our customers' drug diversion programs. This role will utilize the Imprivata Access Intelligence drug diversion solution. This team member designs and executes audits and proactive monitoring strategies for discrepant use of controlled medications. This role maintains records and educates customers on requirements and best practices. This role requires successfully reviewing alert data, leverage critical thinking and decision-making to ensure attention is focused on remarkable findings in the data. This position supports internal team members with their workload of customer accounts to be responsive to customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the two-week Drug Diversion Analyst Associate training program, including all LMS modules and knowledge tests
- Review customer alerts to identify suspicious activity with a sustained high degree of accuracy and volume productivity
- Document initial drafts of investigations for potential incidents found during investigation of alerts
- Monitor Access Intelligence application of the customer is current and able to meet contractual DDM obligations.
- Contribute on multiple customer accounts, and in partnership with multiple internal team members, as well as customer contributors when necessary.
- Contribute to the creation & maintenance of project and process related 'best practice' methodologies, training and documentation.
- Assist with maintaining a repository of related documentation pertaining to the customer's Imprivata enterprise.
- Assist in responses to certain support requests and troubleshooting efforts as required
- Other duties as assigned and required
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of Associates or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Criminal Justice, or related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with dedicated attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and autonomously problem solve while working to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and positive customer service attitude
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflow a plus
- Knowledge of CSA and ASHP Guidelines
- Experience with data analytics and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience with serving healthcare customers and Imprivata solutions or relevant healthcare information technology a plus.
This position offers a total compensation range of $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
