Job Description – Drilling Fluids Engineer Intern
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and mixing of drilling fluid samples for laboratory testing.
Conduct standard laboratory tests to evaluate drilling fluid properties (e.g., viscosity, density, filtration).
Record and organize test results in accordance with company procedures.
Support the preparation of technical documentation and reports for internal and client use.
Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring a safe, clean working environment.
Provide technical support for field operations as required.
Requirements:
Undergraduate student in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Basic understanding of drilling fluids and laboratory testing methods (preferred, not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety and quality standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Available for a 15-25 day internship period.
