As an Engineering Execution Manager (EEM) for Graphics DRAM, you will coordinate and drive multi-functional engineering execution for new product introduction (NPI). You will coordinate schedules, assess risk, align multi site engineering teams, and ensure that product readiness meets Micron's quality, reliability, and yield goals.
Note: This is a program and product execution leadership role and not a people manager position.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Engineering point of contact for assigned Graphics DRAM products.
  • Define the engineering schedule and deliverables for new DRAM products.
  • Build and maintain engineering project timelines for DRAM NPI activities.
  • Partner with Design Engineering to identify risks and define mitigation and redesign strategies.
  • Coordinate multi-functional meetings across Build, Fab, Technology Development, and Process Integration teams.
  • Lead completion of pre- and post-silicon checklists to secure a successful execution.
  • Forecast engineering sample demand and ensure product availability for validation, qualification, and customer needs.
  • Work together with multi-functional teams to support yield learning and achieve target yield performance.
  • Work with Manufacturing teams to secure resources such as probe cards, substrates, test hardware, and handling kits.
  • Support engineering debug efforts and root-cause investigations for product issues..
  • Work with Global Quality teams on customer return analysis and test enhancement needs; support reliability qualification.
  • Partner with Program Managers (PMO organization) to align engineering roadmaps for next-generation DRAM products.

Required Qualifications
  • MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, product development, design engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-functional engineering teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data-driven methods.
  • Effective communication skills, including presenting technical program updates to multi-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated experience running project schedules or product execution activities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Program or Project Management experience within semiconductor or IC development.
  • Experience with end-to-end semiconductor manufacturing flows (fab, probe, assembly, test).
  • Familiarity with memory or DRAM architecture.
  • Experience preparing executive-level communications or briefings.
