The Role
Develops 3D models from scans and site measurements, produces fabrication, concept, sign-off, workshop, installation, and parametric CAD drawings, and maintains project documentation. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate CAD information on schedule, provides technical assistance, and supports smooth project execution. The role requires team-lead-level experience, regulatory awareness, strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and independent and collaborative work skills.

Responsibilities
• Use data from 3D scans to develop 3D models
• Use site measurements to update and produce fabrication and concept drawings
• Produce sign-off drawings, workshop drawings, installation drawings, and other CAD drawings such as Parametric Models as required.
• Communicate with other Personnel as required to ensure that CAD information is produced in a timely manner and ready for when it is required.
• Record data against relevant projects and generally be aware of industry standard document management practices.
• Provide insights & assistance to personnel who request it, so projects run smoothly.

• Prior experience in a role of this type at a Team Leader Level.
• Educated to Diploma Level or equivalent.
• Level of understanding for relevant legal & regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
• Ability to work on your autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
• Problem Solving skills
• Ability to maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• IT skills and ability to competently use common technology & devices
• Be willing to learn new skills and expand your knowledge as the Organisation requires
Work Arrangement
• Work Setup: On-site
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm fixed start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
