The Technical Part:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, engineering, or life sciences), or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Spanish and English.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs
- Experience in:
- Experience in drafting, CAD documentation, and engineering drawing revision control, preferably within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or comparable regulated capital-project environment.
- Working knowledge of drawing management systems, documentation standards, and revision/approval workflows within a regulated client environment
- Leading drawing revisions and serve as coordinator for the drawing revision and approval process, as required by Client and maintaining, editing, and archiving engineering drawings and related documentation in accordance with site procedures.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Maintain, edit, and archive all drawings and documentation within the responsibility of the drafting group, in accordance with client's systems and guidelines.
- Serve as coordinator as required by Client, leading the drawing revision and approval process.
- Manage project-related reporting and coordination using platforms via the Site's communication systems.
- Maintain all applicable customer procedures training within a valid, up-to-date status.
- Follow procedures and guidelines to assure service quality and continuity.
- Drive and lead drawing revisions, operating under a dynamic environment with accountability for expeditiously revising and managing the drawing approval process.
- Perform additional drafting and coordination support duties as assigned, consistent with Project Roles and Responsibilities.
