Disaster Recovery Analyst
What you will do
Are you interested in specializing in Disaster Recovery? Join us and play a key role in facilitating the development and documentation of Disaster Recovery Plans for business applications hosted on Azure/GCP/Oracle and IAAS/legacy JCI datacenters. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that disaster recovery planning adheres to policies, standards, guidelines, and quality assurance requirements.
How you will do it

Coordinate the implementation of disaster recovery plans for all production environments hosted in a data center. Ensure that disaster recovery planning and maintenance standards are consistently followed, and applications are kept up-to-date with the information required for successful recovery.

Oversee the development and maintenance of recovery plans by IT application owners.

Ensure that disaster recovery is included in project planning tools and procedures, including upgrades and life-cycle refreshes for all hardware and software.

Coordinate periodic rehearsals for the data center, including infrastructure, application, and business unit resources.

Coordinate issue tracking and remediation plans following each rehearsal.

Collaborate effectively with individuals at different levels and interact with teams to achieve business objectives.

Respond to customer expectations in line with the urgency level.

Continuously review performance to identify opportunities for service and cost improvement by adopting industry best practices and innovations.

Take action, make decisions, and generate ideas, products, and processes in a timely manner. May involve creative imagination in designs or other work.

Provide effective documentation to clearly communicate procedures to other IT personnel.
What we look for
Required
-
Background in IT infrastructure, data center services, or application development.

Experience in Disaster Recovery/Business Resumption Planning.

Knowledge and experience in data center disaster recovery implementation.

Ability to manage business relationships.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Preferred
-
University degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other associated technical field.

Understanding of Business Continuity.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,000 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
