DPI Associate Process Automation Analyst

The Associate Process Automation Analyst will work with global process owners throughout the organization to learn their workflow procedures, mitigate redundancies and inefficiencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll learn & achieve:

• Interview process owners / Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to gather business process details. Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct current state process assessments.

• Participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile development methodology and process• Analyze and document business processes at a keystroke level• Learn capabilities and limitations of robotics software tool. Analyze and observe processes to understand process
steps, interdependencies, and applications used to complete Automation• Communicate effectively with both business process owners and developers to ensure a clear understanding
between both parties and guarantee successful project implementation• Prepare detailed process documentation including: SIPOC, Initial Process Analysis (IPA), Process Design Document
(PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), etc. Understand and communicate why particular approach would be best
fit for requirements.• Support and enhance organizational initiatives by supporting change management• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices• Provides other duties as directed

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
