Job Description
Downeast is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our retail team as the Sales Lead at our Riverton, UT location. This position reports to the Sales Manager. Our ideal candidate must be friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a customer service-oriented environment. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and be extremely reliable.

Essential Functions
- Customer Service
- Cash handling, cash drawer
- Responsible for opening or closing the store
- Hanging clothing
- Straightening racks
- Placing new items in store
- Maintaining a clean, safe, secure and friendly store
- Driving sales
Working Conditions
- Must be able to stand entire shirt
- Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
