We are looking for a growth minded Third Party Supplier Manager to join our Global Procurement team who will be responsible for managing all aspects supplier management program required for DORA regulations. They will work with our Procurement, risk, audit and other internal stakeholder teams to build and manage the supplier management program for DORA. This new function will help drive efficient & effective supplier management of the critical suppliers for Convera.
You will be responsible for:
• Ensure full compliance with DORA regulations for all critical suppliers for Convera, including but not limited to:
• Ownership of the third-party contractual requirements applicable to DORA for new and existing vendors
• Third-party vendor contractual performance monitoring and execution of exit strategies as appropriate
• Execution of audit rights under the contracts
• Ownership of the registry of information on critical vendors
• Review and update the Convera Supplier Relationship Management policy to ensure DORA compliance
• In partnership with the business owners, proactively manage the critical suppliers to drive additional value from the relationships
• Partner with internal stakeholders regarding any issues/ questions pertaining to either the suppliers or the DORA regulations
You should apply if you have:
• Candidates will typically have 5+ years of experience in supplier management, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills written and verbal, able to exercise good judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent planning and organization skills including time management and prioritization.
• Can-do attitude, motivated to deliver excellence and go above and beyond.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
