This team is made up of 3 high-performing teams:  

Associate Project Managers - Manage project status through the pre-construction process

Project Consultants - Identify the needs of a homeowner or property owner to figure out what solution best fits their project 

Project Specialists - Partner with our contractor network to advise homeowners during bidding. 

As a member of these teams, you’ll have the opportunity to drive successful client projects and aid property owners during the pre-construction stage. 

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

About you

• You’re highly organized, with careful attention to detail
• Are able to prioritize client needs to manage a range of client projects effectively
• Coachable and eager to learn and cultivate a skill set that includes client relations, project management, and basic construction knowledge

Day in the life:

• Manage the entire pre-construction process from kickoff meetings, collecting bids, to getting contracts
• Communicate with property owners in a timely fashion project updates and information 
• Speak with architects and contractors to progress through the project including bids, revisions, contracts, and updates
