Your role and responsibilities
In this role, We are looking for software professionals to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. The role requires one to lead or be part of a team with extensive experience on Python programming language to build highly scalable, cloud-native applications on the Azure platform. Candidate will be responsible for SQL and Advance SQL development along with Development of data integration modules (ETL/ELT) and should bring solid experience to our team implementing successful development projects
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
Define test strategy, validation scope, and risk-based approach for features, integrations, and releases by reviewing requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical changes.
Lead end-to-end validation across UI, APIs, services, data pipelines, configurations, and user journeys, ensuring release readiness and quality confidence.
Drive automation coverage for critical workflows and regression, while collaborating with engineering teams to enforce quality gates and support compatibility, upgrade, and environment-based testing.
Own defect triage, risk assessment, validation tracking, and release sign-off inputs, while mentoring junior QEs and contributing to process improvements, reusable assets, and quality governance
Qualifications for the role:
- Good exposure on Industrial automation domain – Test cases definition, Test environment,
- Experience in Linux Platform\Dockers and Kubernetes platforms is an added advantage.
- Experience of Test Automation tools , coding on c# is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Git and CI\CD deployment.
- Functional and Nonfunctional testing, experience on performance testing is added advantage.
- Good understanding of performance counter applicable to the operating environments
- Experience with various testing methodologies - Server side and API testing
- API test framework - using any of tools like postman or any 3rd party tool.
- Knowledge on Database is high advantage - SQL Commands execution
