Fixed Term (Fixed Term)The Consultant, Demand Assessment & Viability, is responsible for ensuring the effective assessment, prioritisation, and viability modelling of new demand across the organisation. This role operates at both strategic and operational levels, supporting the end-to-end demand management process, from intake and assessment to financial and non-financial viability modelling.The consultant partners with product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to define, model, and validate the value and feasibility of initiatives, ensuring robust evidence for decision-making and value realisation. The role requires a blend of financial acumen, data science and modelling expertise, and delivery management experience to support evidence-based prioritisation and successful delivery outcomes
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential capabilities•Strong attention to detail with organisational skills to manage multiple demand inputs.•Competence in reporting and maintaining accurate records.•Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.•Proficiency in data science, modelling/development, and scenario analysis. •Ability to coordinate multiple data streams and maintain focus on strategic priorities. •Competence in preparing high-quality presentations and reports for executive audiences. •Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple demand inputs and recordsFulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.Experience•Demonstrated experience in business analysis, financial modelling, data science, or transformation performance monitoring. •Experience supporting senior stakeholders with strategic insights and recommendations. •Exposure to project coordination, portfolio management, or delivery management. •Experience in developing and maintaining robust benefit and viability models.•Maintain and update demand registers and viability models, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. •Prepare and present high-quality reports, analysis, and recommendations for governance forums and executive audiences. •Collate and validate operational, delivery, and financial impact data from multiple stakeholders. •Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to test the viability of different investment and prioritisation options. •Liaise between delivery teams, operational functions, and governance forums to close information gaps and ensure alignment. •Support continuous improvement in demand management and benefit realisation processes by embedding best practices and lessons learned.•Update demand and capacity tracking tools regularly, maintaining demand register, ensuring accuracy, and tracking changes•Collate information from multiple stakeholders to prepare prioritisation packs, assisting in gathering operational and delivery impact data, ensuring it is complete for assessment•Assist in maintaining transparency and accessibility of prioritisation records for governance and stakeholders, compiling and formatting data, insights and decisions for governance packsTHE BENEFITS AND PERKS
