In this role, you help shape and drive improvements across a business domain by aligning business needs, processes and solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Digital Office colleagues and external partners to translate complex challenges into pragmatic solutions and help guide strategic initiatives from idea to implementation.Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain a clear and pragmatic roadmap for your business domain.
Translate business challenges, functional and non-functional requirements into fit-for-purpose solution directions.
Help shape and guide strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation and validation.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders, project teams and external partners.
Ensure applications, processes and initiatives remain aligned with the broader enterprise architecture and business objectives.
Identify and manage dependencies across projects and initiatives within the domain.Work closely with business leaders, digital business partners, business analysts, enterprise architects and vendors.
Challenge assumptions and proposed solutions when needed and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
Translate complex topics into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
Contribute to the further development of existing applications and support the implementation of new solutions within the domain.
You have experience as a Domain Architect, Senior Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Solution Architect or in a similar role.
You enjoy working at the intersection of business, processes and technology.
You can analyze complex challenges and translate them into structured, practical solutions.
You understand how business processes, applications and technology are connected.
You are able to see the bigger picture while keeping a pragmatic focus on delivery and results.
You are comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels across the organization and know how to build alignment around decisions.
You are hands-on, take ownership and enjoy turning ideas into reality.
Experience within HR or other business domains such as Finance, Procurement, Fleet or Asset Management is considered an asset.
Experience in a consultancy environment or a large, complex organization is a plus.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
You are fluent in English.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related domain (or equivalent experience)
- Experience as a domain architect, business consultant, or senior business analyst in complex stakeholder environments
- Strong knowledge of IT and Enterprise Architecture concepts and trends; solid IT foundation
- Experience with projects involving different technologies and application platforms in large organizations
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, stakeholder management, and change-driving skills; hands-on delivery orientation
- Enterprise Architecture, agile and/or project management certification
- Experience in an operational and/or maritime context
