We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Solutions Architect in Indianapolis, IN to design, implement, and manage Atlassian Cloud solutions across Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and key Marketplace applications. You will partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable configurations, optimized workflows, and reliable integrations that support enterprise‑level users.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management to support business processes.
Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders and translate them into effective Atlassian solutions.
Design and implement workflows, automation rules, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
Integrate Atlassian tools with third‑party systems using connectors and REST APIs.
Manage Atlassian Cloud environments, including Atlassian Org, Access, user provisioning, and security settings.
Maintain system health, ensure compliance, and manage Marketplace applications.
Support end users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
Lead or support data migrations (Cloud‑to‑Cloud or Server‑to‑Cloud).
