Are you a proactive individual with a knack for legal documentation and credit risk mitigation? Join our team as a Documentation Specialist. You will be the crucial link between our business units and legal teams, ensuring all pre-disbursement loan conditions are met and maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business units and legal teams to fulfill pre-disbursement loan conditions.
- Draft and validate legal agreements and security documentation.
- Ensure compliance with credit approvals and legislative requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure the legal validity of documentation.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (NQF Level 6).
- Minimum of 5 years in a legal or credit environment.
- Strong knowledge of security documentation and credit policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Education
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Law, Military Science and Security (Required)
