We are seeking a detail oriented, intuitive, and proactive Lead to oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of documentation and playbooks across the organization. This role will manage a small team of documentation specialists and collaborate closely with COEs to ensure all HR policies, procedures, and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with applicable laws and internal standards.What You'll Bring:

· 5+ years of experience in HR operations or documentation, with previous experience in leadership or supervisory role.
· Experience with document management systems, process mapping, and collaboration tools.
· High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.
· Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation standards.
· Experience supporting HR programs such as compensation, performance management, leadership development, talent acquisition, talent reviews, engagement, organizational change & transition plans in collaboration and partnership with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE).
· Exceptional communication, consulting, collaboration and coaching skills.
· A degree in business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

· Train HR staff in documentation standards and best practices.
· Monitor and report on documentation metrics and continuous improvement initiatives to the business.
· Partner with Lead HR Business Partners and managers to document core HR programs and create playbooks.
· Develops a thorough understanding of the TransUnion organization to proactively identify issues and solutions through the accuracy and availability of information to our associates and HR team members.
· Improve manager and associate knowledge, self-service, and effectiveness by making information on HR policies and practices (i.e., benefits, organizational development, compensation, global mobility, leaves, etc) accurate and easy to find.
· Collaborate with various COEs to support initiatives through effective documentation and self-service.
· Lead and manage a team of HR Documentation Specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
· Develop and maintain a centralized HR documentation framework, including policies, SOPs, templates, and employee communications.
· Ensure all HR documents are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements (for example labor laws, data privacy).
· Collaborate with HR leadership to standardize documentation practices across regions and departments.
· Oversee version control, document lifecycle management, and audit readiness.
· Implement and maintain relevant documentation tools or platforms (for example WorkVivo, SharePoint, Dovetail, Confluence, or HRIS-integrated systems).
