Who you are:
- Be responsible for the complete documentation package delivered to clients, ensuring the timely provision of high-quality, accessible technical information to support the client project management process.
About the job:
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, effective training, and alignment across teams.
- Oversee the quality of all documentation to guarantee adherence to rules and specifications.
- Ensure all document packages comply with internal processes and procedures.
- Proactively engage support functions and other departments to obtain necessary documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design engineers, welding engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead or support improvement initiatives and projects, both globally and internally.
- Implement ISO, ASME and other related responsibilities in quality system.
