At OneMain, Document Specialists play a key role in the seamless processing of documents, encompassing preparation for distribution, scanning, copying and prompt delivery of materials. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, they ensure integrity of data entry is maintained to deliver excellent products and services.
In the Role:
- Maintain knowledge of department operations, equipment, systems, and software to fulfill service requirements
- Train and guide team members on processes
- Discover enhancement opportunities and implement changes
- Provide distribution and courier services
- Assist management in project development and maintenance
- Prepare and/or sort documents, processing documents as needed and provide courier service utilizing company equipment and vehicles
- Perform activities to assist with basic record-keeping requirements such as spreadsheets and log updates
- Develop skills to perform quality assurance activities
- Maintain appropriate position documentation
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years experience in document management
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
