Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Document Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality conversion of physical records into digital assets, ensuring strict adherence to production schedules, and maintaining 100% accuracy in document indexing and tracking.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Execute Full-Cycle Document Conversion: Prep, sort, and scan hard-copy files into high-quality electronic images, ensuring all staples are removed and documents are reassembled and sequenced correctly after scanning.
- Drive Quality and Data Integrity: Follow precise production procedures for document quality control and indexing, ensuring that all digital outputs meet Iron Mountain’s rigorous standards.
- Collaborate and Track Progress: Complete internal documentation and tracking logs to provide real-time updates on project status, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment to optimize workflow.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment (we will train you for success!).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and the ability to quickly learn imaging software and high-capacity scanning hardware.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project durations and requirements.
- Communication: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English to ensure safety and operational compliance.
What We Offer
- Salary: $18.00 Hourly.
- Shift Requirements: Candidates must be fully flexible and available for both of the following shifts (schedules may vary):
- Shift A:
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Shift B :
- Mondays at 4:30 AM; Tuesday–Friday at 5:30 AM; plus every other Saturday at 5:30 AM.
