Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be key in ensuring efficient document control processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team with document management tasks. A background in financial operations or customer service is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Reports on document control activities.
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits.
- Ensure proper sending and archiving of documents.
- Track Document milestones and completion or progress of the document.
- Manage the tasks related to documents and version control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in document control, coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Background in financial operations or customer service is an advantage.
