Document Controller

What you'll do:

• Accurate validation of Proof of Deliveries (POD) to ensure all transaction details are correct before submission.
• Provide reports and status of each account handled.
• Follow-up on late POD submissions, actively monitoring delays and ensuring that truckers meet submission deadlines.
• Track and manage any penalties due to late or incomplete POD submissions.
• Screening for missing POD copies and ensuring all necessary documents are collected and accounted for.
• Liaising with truckers to notify them when an Affidavit of Loss is required in the event of a missing POD.

• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-structured.
• Strong attention to detail to avoid errors and ensure proper document management.
• Proficiency in both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring proper categorization and archiving of documents.
• Ability to produce clear and concise reports, instructions, and document summaries.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring timely document processing, updates, and retrieval.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (preferred, but not always required).
• Previous Experience in document management or administrative roles for at least 1 to 2 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
• Willing to work onsite in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City.
