To strengthen our Project operations team, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Document Controller (m/f/d) to manage, organize, and maintain project and corporate documentation in a controlled and efficient manner. The Document Controller (m/f/d) ensures that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, properly stored, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders in compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage document control processes and systems (e.g., Imagine2, Think Project, Aconex, SharePoint, etc.).
- Receive, log, distribute, track, and archive technical and non-technical documents.
- Ensure correct formatting, version control, and compliance with document standards and naming conventions.
- Monitor and maintain document registers, transmittals, and submission logs.
- Support project teams with document retrieval, uploads, and metadata accuracy.
- Ensure timely turnaround of documentation reviews, approvals, and updates.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors/vendors to maintain document control processes.
- Prepare and issue periodic document control reports and metrics.
- Conduct audits and quality checks on documentation as required.
- Proven experience in document control, records management, or administrative roles in a project-based environment.
- Familiarity with document control systems
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
