For Documentation Control, Filing, Retention and Data Entry in Utility Areas. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and three to five (3-5) years of exposure in document control within Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
• Bilingual, Spanish and English 
• Experience in:
  • Documentation Control
  • Filing, Retention and Data Entry 
  • MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GMP

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Receive and file all defined documents.

• Maintain a log of all received and removed documents.

• Provide copies of original documents as required.

• Provide the required documents during audits.

• Handle data entry in computerized systems.

• Comply with approved filing and retention processes.

• Comply with all requirements and responsibilities established in area procedures.

• Basic knowledge of computerized systems, Word, and Excel.

• Priority management.
