- Collects and maintains files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control technical or manufacturing processes.
- Ensures timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
- Collects, maintains, and distributes documents necessary to define product configuration and control technical processes that insure conformance to customer requirements.
- Performs job in accordance with document control practices.
- Provides customer service to different teams in regards to document retrieval.
- Need to be able to comprehend and navigate customer portals.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Customers and Suppliers.
- Upload documents into customer portals as needed.
- Upload quarterly sales data for purchased from suppliers with a Diversity Designation
- High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree Preferred
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with Regulation Documentation preferred. (Letters of Guarantee, SFI, Diversity Certificates, etc.)
