What You'll Be Doing
Framework & Governance Setup: Establish, update, and enforce program-wide document control policies, numbering taxonomies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Parsons teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
EDMS Management & Supervision: Oversee the deployment, optimization, and daily administration of the Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring metadata compliance and seamless system configuration.
Team Leadership & Quality Assurance: Manage a multi-national team of document controllers, running regular quality audits to eliminate indexing errors, backlog delays, or missing revisions.
Security & Access Control: Maintain absolute data confidentiality and security protocols in strict alignment with client requirements and Parsons data privacy standards, safeguarding sensitive or restricted project files.
Reporting & Progress Tracking: Generate specialized document status metrics, turnaround-time analytics, and engineering submittal reports for Senior Project Directors to flag workflow bottlenecks.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in document control and records management on world-class, mega-scale construction and infrastructure programs, with a proven track record in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, English or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

Communication & Precision: Exceptional organizational capability, meticulous attention to detail, and a flawless command of technical English. The role demands strong leadership to guide contractors and maintain rigid compliance under aggressive program timelines.
