Document Control Analyst (Contract Role)

Job Description

*** PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ONSITE CONTRACT ROLE BASED OUT OF OUR FREMONT, CA LOCATION ***

The Document Control Analyst coordinates the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process and manages document control activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely workflow execution. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Coordinate ECO process using Agile Product Collaborator for automated workflow management. 

  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy. 

  • Ensure the documents follow ISO Standards.

  • Assign required signatures during review and verification phases. 

  • Ensure document retention aligns with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain a proper document repository. 

  • Perform document control administrative tasks such as publishing metrics, maintaining Agile user accounts, and managing approval matrices. 

  • Complete assigned tasks to maintain data integrity.

  • Monitor controlled documents. 

  • Manage restricted / confidential documents related to processes and customers. 

  • Attend global meetings/calls as required.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Diploma or Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Documentation Control in either Semiconductor, Manufacturing or Medical industries.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. 

  • Experience with Agile PLM and ERP systems. 

  • Experience with Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). 

  • Understanding of manufacturing and engineering workflows. 

  • Familiarity with ISO Standards.

  • Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a customer-service environment.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
