monday.com is growing rapidly and looking for a DMR | VAR Partner Manager for the North American region. The Partner Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding relationships with DMRs. The Partner Manager will be responsible for driving new business and expansions through our DMR, VAR Partners.This role includes developing DMR , VAR strategies from scratch, forecasting our partners’ pipeline, managing the relationships with the partners and internally with different stakeholders, and being the face of monday.com to potential & current partners in the region. You'll be joining partner's sales kick offs to educate how to position monday.com to their customers and hosting joint customer events.

You’ll join our team based in New York City.


About The Role
  • The Partner Manager will be responsible for achieving partner sourced revenue, building new revenue channel and expanding monday footprint into Enterprise Accounts and SLED.
  • This role includes developing DMR strategies from scratch, forecasting our partners’ pipeline, managing the relationships with the partners as well as internally with different stakeholders
  • Being the face of monday.com to potential & current partners in the region. You’ll be joining our team based in New York City.

Requirements
  • 4+ years in SaaS sales/ business development / partnerships positions / - must
  • Experience working with DMRs (SHI, Insight, CDW or SoftwareOne)
  • Experience building DMR, Distribution including the recruitment, negotiations, contract review, and execution of GTM plans
  • Experience in collaborating and co-selling with direct sales teams
  • Experience in recruiting and managing VARs - a plus
  • Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $138,000-$154,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
