JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility for preparing journal entries, various accounting reports and reconciliations in key financial statement categories. 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares monthly journal entries

• Assists with the preparation of monthly financial reports and cash flow projections

• Verifies accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications within the financial statements

• Coordinates accounting matters with other departments within the division

• Coordinates work efforts with National Shared Services

• Prepares supporting documentation for the Division’s SOX binders

REQUIRED EDUCATION: (degree, licenses, certifications, etc.) 

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent in related field) 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: (work related, tools/equipment, software, etc.): 

• Minimum 3 years general accounting or finance experience

• Strong Knowledge of accounting theory and practice

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under time pressure
