Job Summary:

The Division Digital Specialist is essential in developing, executing and reporting on effective digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies including social media, email, and web properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with customers (B2B) on marketing solutions – Digital marketing, email and text marketing, SEO, website creation and maintenance, advertising, print marketing and social media posts.

  • Manages email and text platforms, relaying important information to our customers.

  • Manages annual rebate process for multiple markets in the division.

  • Works with manufacturers/vendors on establishing trainings, branch visits, promotions and more.

  • Creates, maintains, reformats and distributes various reports and flyers including but not limited to daily sales, action plans, permit reports and quarterly business reviews.

  • Mockups and edits flyers for promotional messaging, PSA’s and digital or print use.

  • Provides reports to the divisional team regarding sales, product info, and more.

  • Manages company and customer digital dashboards displayed on TVs across multiple locations. Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies.

  • Uses proprietary ERP system (Prelude) and OLAP Cubes database to compile and manipulate relevant data for analysis.

  • Collaborates with design, sales, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.

  • Collaborates with agencies and other partners as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint and Power BI.

  • Strong reporting/analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Clarity, ContentSquare, SEMRush, etc.

  • Experience using SEO, SEM, social media, content creation and email marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Uberall, MailChimp, Sprout Social, HeyOrca, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerBi highly recommended)

  • Proficiency in design program preferred. (e.g. Adobe Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, VBA desired, but not required.

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), graphic design tools and MarTech platforms.

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.

  • High school diploma

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
