- （財務）チームを率いて、トップライン計画およびボトムライン計画の達成を管理
- （ビジョン）DM事業全体に対するDMビジョンを策定
- （関係構築）スポンサーの上級管理職、外部ベンダーの上級管理職、および社内組織との関係を維持・強化
- （コールセンターの管理）パフォーマンス改善、TSR採用、キャンペーン停止、コールセンターのキャパシティ拡大／縮小を含む、センター運営戦略および施策を決定
- （サービスオペレーションの管理）継続率向上施策、インバウンド対応、データ管理、請求管理、フルフィルメント管理を含む、サービスオペレーション部門の戦略・施策を決定
- （戦略的組織運営）DM組織および組織体制の変更を評価する。チームを率い、チームのモチベーションを高く維持する。DM内の環境を改善し、円滑な社内コミュニケーションを実現して、良好なチームワークを維持
- （コンプライアンス・ガバナンス）IBAおよび社内規程に基づき、適切な募集活動を管理し、最良のガバナンスを維持
- （報告）業務状況を適時に報告
- （その他）COGおよび上級管理職から求められる業務対応
Supervise overall direct marketing business and has responsibility of achieving the plan of DM.(GWP, NWP, TARP, Combined ratio)
- (Financial): Manage & achieve topline plan and bottom-line plan by leading team.
- (Vision): Develop DM vision for all DM business.
- (Relationship): Keep and strengthen relationship with sponsor’s senior management, outside vendor senior management and internal organization.
- (Manage Call center): Decision center operation strategy & action, including performance improvement, TSR hiring, stopping campaign and expansion/reducing capacity of call center.
- (Manage Service operation): Decision service operation department strategy & action, including persistency improving activity, inbound call activity, data management, billing management and fulfil management.
- (Strategic organization): Evaluation DM organization and structure change. Team lead and keep higher motivation of team. Make better circumstance in DM and make smooth internal communication for keep good teamwork.
- (Compliance & Governance): Manage appropriate solicitation and keep best governance based on IBA and company regulation.
- (Reporting): Report business condition timely.
- (Other): Business required from COG and senior management.
