We are recruiting for a Foodservice State Distributor Manager who will be responsible for the management and growth of Partnerships with the Distributor customers across the state of QLD, facilitating achievement of Sales growth and goals in line with corporate objectives for the allocated territory.
About the role

  • Ensure safety is at the forefront of everything we do
  • Take ownership of volume, trade investment and gross profit KPI's
  • Responsible for key input measures
  • Manage all Foodservice Distributors across the state
  • Develop strategic Joint Business Plans
  • Undertake sales reviews and face-to-face customer visits
  • Communicate regularly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive execution of Distributor Marketing strategic plans
  • Collaborate with field team to drive execution of sales out of Distributors


About you

  • Previous experience as a Customer Manager or similar role would be beneficial
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong team player who builds relationships easily
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to analyse business data, create plans and report outcomes
  • Demonstrates ability to drive process improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Reporting tools
  • Enjoy travel and building long lasting customer relationships
  • You have a passion for food
