About the team.
This role will see you working within a global shared services team predominantly supporting the APACSA region, providing timely & accurate solutions to inquiries related to a wide range of HR topics. You will be responsible for completing employee & data transaction processing for core processes (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, employee movements, running organization position reports, mass updates, reviewing / transacting / answering escalated inquiries for employee and work-related data change requests).

Bring your understanding of HR & HR systems, data analytics skills, excellent stakeholder management and problem solving experience to this role in the ANZ region as part of our Global HR Shared Services team at an iconic global brand!

  • Act as first point of contact for employees and managers with General HR inquiries via various intake channels (e.g., phone, chat and cases)
  • Manage the day-to-day transactional processing of job-related or employee-related data changes. (Employee related changes include all changes from Hire to Retirement within the Employee Central HR system)
  • Oversee the timely & accurate processing of personal data change requests, providing HR customers with instructional support where self-service can be completed
  • Resolve complex inquiries & escalated issues; escalating or redirecting as appropriate
  • Oversee processing and updates of all organization & position data, including the creation and maintenance of jobs, positions, & overall organization structures
  • Oversee quality standards & controls for data to provide the necessary accuracy, timeliness, & entirety
  • Process reductions in force & redundancies, mass data changes, and employee movement / contract management
  • Work closely with the broader team(s) including regional HR teams, Payroll, Rewards and Talent Teams to ensure compliance with our corporate data privacy, administrative and security standards, as well as HR policies and procedures

Accountabilities.
Knowledge:

  • 1 -3 years of experience in a HR and/or HR Shared Service environment
  • Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes, paired with transaction processing and data management
  • Working knowledge of HR systems is beneficial, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors
  • Experience with basic technology functionality (e.g., case management, knowledge management)


Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in HR or related field


Skills:

  • Effective relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize critical items while learning quickly
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese, and/or Hindi languages desirable
