Job Description

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Solutions Architect/Client Principal to join our team. This individual will bring a wealth of expertise in client-facing roles, techno-functional experience with a consultative approach, and a commercial mindset. The primary responsibilities of this role include consulting for our clients, aiding in business acquisition through solutioning, and spearheading the execution of client engagements. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our clients’ business transformation journeys, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Act as a trusted partner to existing clients, supporting them in their business transformation journey through a technology-centric approach.
  • Establish, grow, and nurture long-term, value-based relationships with senior client stakeholders, focusing on 1 or more accounts at a time.
  • Partner closely with technical leaders to support delivery teams and ensure they have what they need to be successful.
  • Engage in consultative business development, growing relationships both vertically and horizontally.
  • Approach client executives as true business partners, maximizing the company’s breadth and depth.
  • Drive innovation for our clients by leveraging cross-industry views on technology trends and providing IT strategy and architecture advisory.
  • Assess the current technology landscape, define the target state, and develop transition roadmaps.
  • Design innovative technology solutions across various projects to solve complex business problems.
  • Strategically plan continuous engagement with client Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, landscape shifts, best practices, and technological advancements to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Review and refine data roadmaps regularly to accommodate evolving business requirements and technological progress.
  • Monitor engagement execution and take a proactive approach to mitigating potential risks before they arise.

 

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proven track record in executive revenue-generating roles with comprehensive business acument
  • Experience in enterprise, solutions, applications, big data, AI, and cloud architecture domains.
  • Knowledge and exposure to architecting solutions at an enterprise scale, including modern data platforms and enterprise architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Proficiency in Data Governance, Data Modeling, Data Security, Data Strategy, Data Integration, and Master Data Management.
  • Proficiency in AI and Gen AI, including natural language processing, computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
  • Ability to facilitate rapid prototyping and design for new engagements.

  • Solutions-oriented with strong consultative and client-facing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in data, AI, ML, and digital engineering domains, with a proven leadership and client engagement track record.
  • Experience in strategy, management, or technology consultancy; digital/tech start-up and/or industry experience.
