More about the role
We’re looking for a Dispute Resolver to join our Dispute Resolution team based in Panama. As a Dispute Resolver, you’ll be responsible for partnering with Sales, Credit & Collections, Cash Applications, Logistics, and Pricing teams as part of investigation, resolution, and problem-solving.
What you’ll do- Monitoring large volume of Disputes according to process and customer agreed disputability windows
- Identify issues /accounts driving high volume disputes and recommend/coordinate resolutions
- Validate appropriate data from internal and third party systems and ensure appropriate course of action
- Investigate and gather all relevant information through to resolution
- Research problems, recognize patterns/root causes and recommend and coordinate resolutions working closely with other teams where necessary to promote error prevention
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proactive Lean practitioner/problem solver leveraging standard practices and encourages cooperation across boundaries
- Process driven with excellent time and project management skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills with spreadsheets, databases, pivot tables and data query logic
- Ability to analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information
- Analytical and data driven decision maker Ability to perform well under pressure Promotes a positive and engaging environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English
