Responsibilities:1. Demand oriented material planning to customer, suppliers and sub-contractors
2. Logistical contact person for customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and VC departments
3. Update of call-offs and data in SAP
4. Minimize and monitor of fixed capital resp. stocks as well as of logistics costs
5.
7. Conduct escalation with customers during backlog, and prepare delivery plans.
8. preparing plans for production.
9. preparation of monthly data on sales, inventory and forecasts from customers.
10. Daily contact with sales and purchasing departments.
11. Coordinating new projects to be implemented for his person.
12. Daily cooperation with the warehouse department and Customs.
13. Preparing return documents and receiving returns.
14. Negotiating prices with freight forwarders during shipments.
15. Preparing delivery plans for production and coordinating the entire supply chain.
16. Replacing collegues in their absence.
17. Daily updating of data in SAP, logistics tables and indicators.
Qualifications:min. secondary school
min. 1 year of experience
SAP R/3
Fluent english
Ability of analitical thinking
