JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a tenacious, resilient, and strong communicator to join their team as a Dispositions Associate. In this role, there will be an emphasis on the negotiations and sale of the properties held by and controlled by the company. Your main goal will be to sell properties to an end buyer. You will be communicating with Retail Investors, Institutional Buyers and Local Cash Buyers to negotiate the sale of the property. You will be the first point of contact for buyers, building rapport and relationships with individuals that requires an outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Source and build relationships with buyers on a regular and consistent basis
  • Market our available properties utilizing online and offline marketing strategies
  • Schedule and conduct property showings
  • Generate and close your assigned leads and contracts in a timely manner
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and act as lead contact for buyers
  • Communicate with real estate agents, attorneys, and any relevant third parties as needed
  • Receive and review buyers/investor purchase contracts
  • Negotiate with buyers on properties and overcome price objections and sell company's assets
  • Network with new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers list
  • Use the CRM daily to add, update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
  • Real Estate Experience is preferred, but not required - you’ll learn that on the job. But 5+ years experience with a proven track record of consistently being a top performer in B2C Sales, Door-To-Door Sales, High-Ticket Sales, Negotiations, Conflict Resolution, or related fields is a must
  • Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills, over the phone, in-person, and via email
  • Great people skills and adaptive to all personality types
  • Go getter (take initiative, think on your feet)
  • Reliable and dependable (i.e. show up on time and do what you say you’re going to do)
  • Growth and self-development oriented (always learning and growing)
  • Problem-solver (creatively troubleshoot)
  • Professional demeanor with passion for what you do, and a sense of humor
  • Organization and time management (ability to prioritize and make best use of time)
  • Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (must be able to travel as needed)
  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or a related field preferred, but not mandatory
  • Assessments: Must complete Predictive Index behavioral (Captain/Maverick/Persuader profiles preferred) and cognitive benchmarks (250 out of 450 or higher)
  • Other Requirements: Clean background check, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
  • Bonus Points Awarded: To those who are bilingual in Spanish, as well as former First Responders, Military NCOs, College Athletes, and Bartenders

  • Employment Status: Full-Time, W-2 employment, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed by the company
  • Total Income Potential: Competitive base salary + incredibly generous commission structure. Quarterly bonuses awarded for exceeding stretch goals. On target annual earnings potential = $80K to $100K for average performers, and much more for top-tier talent.
