Build and optimize outbound pipelines, engage passive candidates, drive hiring metrics from outreach to hire, and support hiring across sales and related functions. Heavy emphasis on persuasion, urgency, conversion, and weekly visible metrics. Onsite full-time in northern San Diego.

Outbound Talent Scout responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and closing high-performing direct-to-consumer sales talent. Build and maintain outbound pipelines, track recruiting metrics, move candidates quickly through hiring stages, and improve sourcing funnels across sales and other business functions. Role is onsite, high-velocity, and sales-driven.
