A duel role of doing some dispatching and accounting work.

Recruiting a motivated and proactive professional to fill an invoicing and accounts receivable analyst role in Monroe, Louisiana.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to document project activity and accurately prepare customer invoicing.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand and correct prior billing deficiencies to expedite customer acceptance and payment of invoices.
Assist with vendor & customer analysis.
Month-end / quarter-end close and reporting.
Keep accurate and organized paper and electronic records.
Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Degree in accounting/finance/business preferred.
Relevant project tracking/receivables accounting experience preferred.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of integrity and attention to detail.
Team player with results-oriented focus and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus.
