We are looking for a colleague to join the Help Desk-Printec Romania team.

Responsibilities
- 1. Providing technical support by phone and e-mail to internal and external clients: taking, recording, diagnosing and resolving telephone calls; offers technical consultancy in order to solve the hardware and software incidents signaled by the client; report incidents to other departments involved; incident resolution tracking
- 2. Schedule interventions that involve traveling on site: sends for solving to the service engineers the incidents that require intervention to the client; acts as an interface between the client and the intervention team until the signaled problem is solved.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or in course of obtaining the degree,
- min 2 years of proven work experience as dispatcher or relevant position,
- Ability to offer online support for troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment,
- Knowledge of IT related hardware,
- Tech-savvy and knowledge of Windows and Office Platforms,
- English literacy - medium level.
