The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Discovery Advisor III who is a subject matter expert in the elicitation, documentation, and analysis of complex business requirements in the support of high-profile client product implementation projects.
Day in the Life
- Provide superior pre-sale support to credit union clients to understand implementation requirements, timelines, and complex dependencies.
- Utilize expert-level collaboration skills to partner with peer organizations to understand complex project tasks, effort and duration to aid in client expectation setting.
- Utilize industry and domain knowledge to analyze and map multi-faceted current business processes and procedures to future state.
- Proactively identify the tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders to understand business processes, structure, policies, and operations of the organization with the goal of helping deliver new and enhanced processes, products, and services.
- Understand and document client business requirements and scope development.
- Creation of use cases, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify interdependencies and potential risks that would affect the overall project plan.
- Utilize a background in client relationship building to grow strong internal and external partnerships and formulate recommendations that enable the client to achieve its goals.
- Communicate training materials to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills at multi-product/multi-environment level to conduct analysis and impact analysis.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / computer information systems plus 6-8 years project management experience, or equivalent training and/or experience required.
- Prior experience working in the credit union or card processing industry
- Expert knowledge of credit and/or debit card systems
- Experience with financial systems and applications required.
- Experience with an enterprise project management tool or equivalent required.
- Advanced knowledge of one or more areas of credit and debit card management, infrastructure, and associated products and or services.

For California, Colorado and New York Applicants: In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$98,000.00 - $124,000.00
Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
