The Opportunity

As a Discord Moderator at Tradeify, you will play a key role in cultivating an engaging, professional, and educational community for traders around the world. You’ll be the primary point of contact within our Discord server, ensuring that members receive accurate information, feel supported, and adhere to community guidelines that reflect Tradeify’s values of integrity, growth, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and moderate community channels to maintain a respectful and constructive environment.
Engage with members to answer questions, provide guidance, and encourage meaningful discussions related to trading and the Tradeify platform.
Support new members by onboarding them into the community and sharing relevant resources.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate platform updates, identify recurring questions or issues, and relay community feedback.
Help coordinate and promote community events, updates, and educational sessions.
Proactively identify and address issues such as spam, misinformation, or violations of community rules.

Required Qualifications

Active trading experience and familiarity with proprietary trading concepts.
Previous experience as a Discord Moderator or community manager.
Demonstrated customer engagement or communication skills with the ability to represent a professional brand voice.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience using the Tradeify platform.
Familiarity with other trading or fintech Discord communities.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: 10:00–6:00 PM EST.
This position is not open to individuals currently moderating or employed by another proprietary trading firm or Discord community within the same space.
This is a remote, part-time position.
