Manage escalated, high-stakes trader cases and VIP relationships; act as liaison with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product; communicate difficult decisions empathetically; mediate resolutions, oversee account restrictions/closures, maintain audit-ready records, and recommend process improvements to protect brand reputation.

Supports the trading platform product roadmap by writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; managing backlog items; partnering with Engineering during Agile development; analyzing trader feedback, usage metrics, and experiments; coordinating user acceptance testing; and owning smaller features through launch. The role also collaborates with Design, Trading Operations, and Marketing, tracks competitors and fintech trends, and maintains product documentation and changelogs.

The Trader Support Specialist serves as the primary contact for traders, providing support via multiple channels, troubleshooting inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities; reconcile high-volume payment flows (merchant fees, chargebacks, PayPal, payouts); maintain general ledger and intercompany eliminations; prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations; produce US GAAP financial statements; build controls and scalable accounting processes; partner with FP&A; support auditors; evaluate accounting systems and grow the accounting team.

Design, build, and scale full-stack web applications and trading interfaces. Own frontend and backend features, develop scalable APIs and microservices, integrate third-party trading systems, implement real-time dashboards, optimize performance, contribute to CI/CD and observability, and collaborate on architecture and product.

Run day-to-day Boca Raton office operations, manage vendors and supplies, support executive administrative tasks and new-hire onboarding, coordinate events and internal communications, and maintain office records, budgets, and logistics to ensure a smooth employee experience.
