The role coordinates offers, dates, and assets across social, email, paid, and affiliate channels while handling multiple execution-focused tasks.

The Accounting Manager leads monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; financial reporting; general ledger, reconciliations, multi-entity accounting, and ASC 606 revenue recognition. The role manages audits, internal controls, compliance support, accounting documentation, workflow automation, and team development. It also partners with Finance, Operations, Payments, auditors, tax advisors, and bookkeepers to maintain accurate, scalable, audit-ready accounting processes.

Own post-production for high-performing ads, promotional videos, and explainers across social and digital platforms. Edit live-action, AI-generated, and screen-recorded footage; add motion graphics, typography, sound design, color, and responsive formatting. Use performance data to improve creative, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with marketing, product, support, and compliance, and mentor junior editors and freelancers.

Manage day-to-day social media for Tradeify FX across major platforms. Create and publish multimedia content, maintain the content calendar, monitor trends, engage and moderate trading communities, support influencer collaborations, track performance metrics, and assist with paid social campaigns. The role also requires coordinating with product, support, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and properly disclosed financial marketing.

Design and build polished websites, product interfaces, prototypes, and brand assets using AI-native workflows and front-end code. Create responsive experiences, iterate rapidly in the browser, apply visual and UX principles, work within brand systems, and support conversion and product improvements. Collaborate asynchronously with designers, engineers, and stakeholders while documenting decisions and shipping high-quality work across web, product, and marketing initiatives.

Supports the trading platform product roadmap by writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; managing backlog items; partnering with Engineering during Agile development; analyzing trader feedback, usage metrics, and experiments; coordinating user acceptance testing; and owning smaller features through launch. The role also collaborates with Design, Trading Operations, and Marketing, tracks competitors and fintech trends, and maintains product documentation and changelogs.

Own and administer NetSuite and connected business systems across Finance and Operations. Configure workflows, permissions, dashboards, saved searches, integrations, reporting, and process automation. Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing and releases, maintain documentation and controls, support users, and improve data integrity, financial close, and audit readiness.

Lead and grow a backend and full-stack engineering team responsible for Tradeify’s live trading platform. Partner with Product and Engineering teams on platform integrations, architecture, delivery, code quality, CI/CD, reliability, observability, and incident response. Remain hands-on through code reviews, design guidance, and technical problem solving while managing performance, hiring, onboarding, and cross-functional communication.

Lead the engineering team building Arcnine, Tradeify’s real-time trading platform from development through launch. Hire and develop engineers, guide architecture, partner with Product and Design, remain hands-on with code, establish quality and delivery practices, and own reliability, observability, and incident response. The role also contributes to company-wide engineering standards and communicates progress, risks, and needs to founders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Own Tradeify’s cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, observability, databases, vulnerability management, access controls, security monitoring, incident response, and compliance readiness. The role combines hands-on DevOps and security operations, including AWS administration, infrastructure as code, secure deployment practices, remediation tracking, runbook development, and security reviews. It partners closely with engineering to improve release reliability and maintain a secure, high-performance trading platform.
