We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in residential and commercial lending. We are hiring for an entry-level Disclosure Desk Analyst. The Disclosure Analyst acts as an initial and re-disclosure specialist relevant to the products and programs available at Lower. The Disclosure Analyst delivers complete resolutions, in a timely manner, to address customer and originators expectations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a high attention to detail, work efficiently and be a self-starter.

What you’ll do:

• Data entry
• Maintain knowledge of products and programs offered by Lower
• Participate in continuing education on processes and procedures of the disclosure department
• Verify accuracy of loan application
• Review critical documents prior to disclosing applications
• Efficiently work through a pipeline of loan applications
• Work with originators to problem solve and effectively meet turn time expectations
• Assist other operational members in maintaining high standards of quality and service
• Maintain a working knowledge of required state and federal documents
• Run, Order and comprehend compliance reports
• Train Sales staff on electronic application process

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Communicates effectively via written or verbal methods
• Can multi-task several priorities to completion

• Maintain composure and professionalism while under pressure conditions

• MUST be okay working CT or MT hours

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 8a - 5p or 9a -6p CT or MT

Work Location: Hybrid in Columbus, OH preferred, but remote available

Pay: $45,000 plus opportunity for production bonus after first 90 days.
