Design and own scalable data warehouse components, ingestion pipelines, dbt models, marts, and reusable data assets using Snowflake and related technologies. The role requires full-stack development expertise, strong systems fundamentals, cross-functional leadership, and experience with modern cloud, web, database, DevOps, and AI-assisted development technologies.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable full-stack software across frontend, backend, APIs, services, and data layers. Own complex technical projects, make architecture and tradeoff decisions, optimize performance, contribute to DevOps and security practices, and use AI-assisted development tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and business partners while mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, documenting systems, and improving engineering practices.

Assist with semi-monthly, multi-state payroll processing, including commissions, bonuses, overtime, tax setup, employee data maintenance, timesheet corrections, payroll inbox support, issue troubleshooting, and reporting. The role requires accurate and timely responses to employee and manager questions while maintaining payroll records and supporting miscellaneous payroll activities.

Own Lower’s content strategy, roadmap, and production calendar across short-form social, YouTube, and brand storytelling. Identify compelling company stories, develop concepts, direct interviews and shoots, prepare subjects, and oversee cinematographers, videographers, editors, and freelancers. Provide creative direction across narrative, editing, graphics, music, color, and audio while maintaining consistent quality and voice. Build scalable workflows that turn individual productions into multiple high-quality content pieces.

Lead the Homeownership product workstream end-to-end: define strategy and roadmap, write detailed requirements, prioritize using data and business goals, align cross-functional teams, unblock delivery, and measure success by home claim rate, engagement, and conversion into Lower mortgage products. Present progress to executives.
